Ordering via kiosk only, phone number was required to place an order. Really? The place is pretty dirty, windows and the floor.
Manager is rude and disrespectful towards customers and certain workers. There have been many complaints about the terrible... customer service and unsettling environment. Save your money and go elsewhere with better service. Read more

Longer waiting time than expected. The business was pretty slow when I ordered, cashier told me the waiting time was 10 to 15... minutes; however, when I came back after 15 minutes, I found the kitchen just placed the frozen popcorn chicken into friedmachine...so I actually got my food after 20 minutes. Bento tastes just okay, with fried side dishes. Now I know not every Mr.Green bubble store offers the same level of bento box. Fremont store provides better bento quality. Read more
Finally some good boba in Menlo Park! Their fresh brewed teas + boba are pretty good, and you can adjust the sweetness for most... drinks. The fruit tea was a bit watered down and nothing like the picture though. They have coupons on the back of Safewayreceipts for BOGO drinks and $3 off as well.
