I just needed a restroom during my long road trip. I go in and it had some in the door that it is for customers only! Well I... couldn't wait so I used them anyway. I tried to be happy and but .... Something ... But they're was little girl and they werefocused on drive thru. So I broke the DD law and used they bathroom without being a customer. Oh no I'm such a rebel andhorrie person! They definitely to fo by first come first served. We walked into the building the first register said please use next register.... So we waited as the drive through was busy. Other people came in and got in line the worker went and opened the otherregister and helped people coming in the door. We were going to place a large order. That's why we went in. I'm giving a two generously since the coffee was good. The service was fine until the person who was laying in the lobby walked... behind the counter to grab a bagel.. did not wash hands, no hair net and just grabbed food. Next as we sat in the lobby sameperson grabs their blanket they are laying with in the lobby and heads behind the counter again. This time sitting on thecounter where drinks are handed out, eating. After finishing their bagel, still sitting on the counter, they head back to thelobby to grab their vape and proceeded to hit it while inside next to a minor. After this they return behind the counter toagain grab food off the service line and begin eating it, with the blanket still wrapped around them. This all happened while wesat in the lobby and watched the staff allow this. I believe the person going behind the counter was not even working. Wish I could put 0 stars. Stopped at 7:47 pm and they locked the doors and closed the drive through. Hard to serve customers... when you?re closed before you close. Read more
Severely disappointed in the employees at this location. Multiple times we have attempted to wait for coffee at this location.... At this specific visit the employees were sitting in the lounge chairs and watched us walk in. We went to the restaurant room towash our hands came out and they hid in the back. Where we could hear their entire conversation. After 10 minutes and lookingfor someone to assist us we left. Not a single car or other customer in the store. Love Dunkin but don?t waste your time on thislocation. Read more
The only place I get coffee anymore. Great prices. flavourful drinks, polite and hardworking staff! I've been sampling the food... items and snackin bacon is probably my favorite. The avocado toast is tasty too. They use sourdough toast.... So good! Read more
I would like to say that this is one of the best locations that I have been too. Every time I go I get treated great, and I have... no complaints yet. The food is always warm, drinks are made great, and I have yet to have a messed up order. I am sure ithappens, but it seems like it is less of an issue here compared to other locations. I have been getting the Pumpkin Spice frozencoffee lately, and have gotten their breakfast sandwiches a few times as well. Made great every time. Normally I would give asimple three star, but having their staff as friendly as they are pushed me to a four star. I would suggest this location forbreakfast, or just a drink. Read more
This store is usually out of donuts really early in the day and don't refill accordingly despite being open a good chunk of the... day. Twice we've been in before 10 am and they were out of most donuts. Read more
