We must admit that for once, we received exemplary customer service from the young lady working around 8pm last night. We loved... her attitude and enthusiasm and more employees should follow suit. I just wish we could've said the same for our food which waswhy we did the 4 stars. Read more
Very bad service! The lady repeated my order to me at the drive through but I was not done ordering and she told me to pull up... to the window. Then I get there and I told her what I needed with that order. She says can?t add anything at the window. I saidoh okay that?s fine. Then she give me a drink and told me have a nice day. In a very snarky/sarcastic way. I waited for the foodand she said that she did not get anything but the drink. But yet she repeated everything at the drive through. She said I caneither leave or go through the drive through again. Very rude and condescending. Read more

Drove all the way from Silver Spring to Menomonie because I was told that the service would be better. Got to the drive thru and... was told that there was ONLY 3 patties left. Waited for a very long time to get my food because there was only 2 people working.The 2 employee were friendly and nice. Got my $50 worth of food and made it home for dinner to find out that my chicken sandwichwere raw and had to call the #back. My whole night was a nightmare cause all my children ended up tummy Achiever and throwing up...Very disappointing ???????? Read more
I came upon this location last week and I decided to dine it to see how it feels like for this. I notice just 3-4 employees only... which made me concern about my wait time. Boy! I was completely wrong. It didn't take forever to get my meal together. I've beento other Burger Kings and they had more employees yet it took long to get my meal. I also noticed that not many people come heretoo which made me feel way better about coming next time. I know for sure I'll get my meal quicker. You know how when you go to Chick-fil-A and everyone is friendly and kind? If that's what you're looking for you won't find it... here. I've never seen employees who acted more like they didn't care and didn't want to be there. I guess I should be happy thatenough of them show up to at least open the drive thru. Read more
Not fast food. Stopped in to get some food over my lunch break. Waited 5 minutes before I could order and then waited for 25... minutes as myself and 3 other cars sat there. No orders were taken no payment was taken and no food was given. Just sat there.Ended up driving away to get back to work. As I drove off you could see 3-5 employees inside with several playing on theirphones and not working while customers waited. Read more
