Absoultely horrible service. The cashier at the drive through couldn't hear me several times because the other workers in the... background were screaming. I ordered a large fry and a cup of mac added on, got two cups of mac. Then my sub wasn't evencorrect, got a random tuna instead of what I ordered. Ridiculous Read more

I ordered a chicken melt & my husband ordered a steak melt. Neither had tomatoes or onions. Steak was kind of burnt. It talk at... least 15+ minutes to get the food. I always go to this cousins and get a turkey sub and last night I went and got a full size turkey sub and it was 17 dollars! I... asked if that was correct because it?s always like 10 dollars and the kid said yes so I paid and left. I got home and checkedtheir website and saw that I definitely over paid? not sure what happened or why but it just is a bit frustrating. Terrible. We got there at the beginning of lunch and the dinning room was already filthy. Not a single clean place to sit. If... you told me the soda machine had never been cleaned I would believe it. I watched an employee scrap the every last bit ofmayonnaise from the bottom of the container as if that was all they had or a pay raise was in the bottom. Despite her bestefforts our sandwiches were very dry and poorly slapped together. Went back to the counter to ask for more mayo and they gave meseveral containers so they had plenty, don't know what the problem was? Filled out the survey on the receipt and was offered 2free combos. Not in a rush to return but I will update this if and when I do. Read more
This place has just gotten worse and worse. Never open when their hours say they are, and they take forever to complete any... order. Even if you order ahead online, when you show up at the time they tell you, you order still isn't ready. Read more
