After a great start going here and having the outcome of the order excellent, it has done a complete 180. Driving from MKE to... the Falls to get it rigjt the 1st time use to be a no brainer. Now the GM of this store dont even care about the customer andmaking sure the order is made correctly. Then the remake is even messed up. Avoid this location. LISTEN to what the customer isordering and make sure it is made properly. If any employee there actually cared about their job there or the customer, theywould make sure the order is accurate. Attached photos are undercooked chicken and a hand tossed pizza with LIGHT BBQ sauce anddouble bacon.... it is loaded with sauce and next to no bacon. Read more
i recently ordered a pizzia online 3 1/2 hrs early to be ready for pick up at 5 30p, got there at 5 18 paid had a seat, 5 45p... the young chic came to me asking WHAT DID I ORDER I TOLD HER then she just walked away with out sayn anything back to me tf? Thechic then raised her hand for my attention that the pizza will be ready in 10 MORE MINUTES, then she was yelling to the otherworkers on how to CUT THE PIZZIA IN SQUARES...IM LIKE OMG COMING ON PEOPLE !! I really dont have time for untrained employeesMANAGERS plz get it together. and i did not get my GARLIC BUTTER!! This month, I had an order of 27 pizzas that needed to be ready at 11 am. I worked with the store GM Jeremy who came in early... that day and worked with his staff to make sure that all my pizzas were finished. I really appreciated the customer service thathe and his staff showed to make sure everything was perfect and ready to go. Way to Jeremy and staff! Excellent Location! Thankyou all! Read more

Wow, this was so bad I couldn?t force myself to finish the first piece. I ordered 2 pizzas for carry out. All of the toppings... were in a pile in the center with the rest of the pizza just sauce, seriously. But the flavor! Worst in memory. I can?tpinpoint why but I suspect the ingredient are the very worst and cheapest of quality. Even my husband who will generally eatwhatever to avoid throwing away money could only finish 2 pieces before the whole thing went in the trash. Read more
Ordered 4 things off the $5.99 menu. Pizzas were good, got 2 and they let us put 4 toppings on one and just cheese on the... other. The boneless wings were not so good, more like half wings, and one was about the size of a hummingbird egg. The Alfredopasta was tasty, very small portion though. Overall, the $5.99 deal is good if you get pizzas. Read more
Worst ever, ordered 2 pizzas they said they the driver left at 6:30 and he got to the house 30 minutes later at 7. With 2 very... cold pizzas. We live 4 miles away, I could have walked there in 30 minutes. He Said oh well. Then they offered me a freepizza... Really, if I could give you a lower score than 1 star I would. Read more
