Ordered a 4 piece chicken nugget happy meal with the extra fries sweet and sour sauce and a drink for my daughter and instead... the gave me a little tiny fry and 2 apples no drink no nuggets ??????? This was by far the worst customer service I?ve had at this particular location. Placed an order via the app, had a rude... encounter with the girl on the speaker. I told her ?I?m sorry, i didn?t catch that? after she mumbled something in the speakerand responded very rudely and snarky. Pull up for my receipt, proceed to the next window where I?m handed my drink and was toldto pull to spot number 2. I park and waited for a good 15 minutes before someone even came outside. Update Review: I rated this location a 4 star ???? before but now just a 1 star ???? only. I can't believe this is my first time... updating a review and to lower it so badly. First of all, shout out to the manager who was moving fast doing a splendid job.Every employee there should be ashamed. They were moving like turtles and talk so low you couldn't even hear them. It was likethe disabilities was working there no offense. I had to wait 13 mins just for 2 double cheese. It's ridiculous! I was dininginside too which had no one! I understand that the drive through is busy but they were not serving people at the cash registerat all! Pathetic! I had to ask for my meal 3x which disgusted me. Horrible. Place is a joke. Lined up cars at 8:30 on a Saturday night, no orders taken, and cars leaving with no food. We went to B-52... where service was fast, friendly, burgers were hot, fresh and juicy. Price about same as McDonald's. Sorry clown RonaldMcDonald, you won't be seeing any more of our business. Read more
The cashier and servers were amazing here, however the food was horrid. I had gotten a double cheeseburger meal and my son got a... big Mac meal. All the patties were COATED with a salt/pepper mix. Even after scraping off the majority of it, the burgers werestill inedible. Read more
I used the curbside order for the first time. The order was fast, but incorrect the first time. I called and let them know it... was wrong, and they immediately brought out a replacement, verified it was correct, and it was correct, hot, and delicious. Iwould do a curbside pickup here again.
