Not to friendly. Kinda weird, she was more concerned about wiping the counter than greeting. Good food and fair prices.
Really bad process if you place a to-go order in-store. It says they will text you updates, which didn?t happen, and it says... they will call your name when it?s ready, but what they don?t tell you is that you have to be at the other end of the buildingwhere they process these orders and the whisper your name. There is also no queue for you to see how much longer. I would avoidordering in-store. Read more
Went for late breakfast and to read. Patrons were very loud for a weekday morning. Clerk was very helpful but food preparers... don?t understand that a hummus should not be spread thinner than melted butter. Was going to return the food but was in a hurry. Read more
Ordered a dozen bagels and some cookies. Didn't realize cookies were missing until I got home. Called the store to let them know... about it and the manager offered to send out PIC2 coupon to compensate for the cookies. It's been a month, still waiting. Read more
Good food. Very small serving size on some ?servings?. If you order a warm bowl you will get a small bowl only half filled,... however the salads are a pretty decent size. Read more
I was very disappointed with my pic 2. Sandwich and salad. My tuna Sandwich was perfect. But my salad was definitely not worth... what I was charged. The container was ok. But the lettuce barely covered the bottom. Alot of the lettuce was the yellowbitter part. I was really looking forward to this salad. Not will never order a to go pick up order again. ???? Read more

Only thing to complain about is that I hope this location would consider becoming a stand alone such as the pewaukee location.... Much more parking would be available and having a drive thru would be accommodating for those who are in a rush. Read more
