Extremely disappointed. Placed a delivery order over the phone around 930 pm. I literally live 3 mins away but due to a foot... injury, I ordered delivery. It was over an hour and still wasn't here. I tried calling numerous times since 1030pm and theyclose at 11. No answer just the recording of the guy about imagining opening a pizza box. My debit card has a pending charge. Ihave screen shots of the email I was sent to place the order and the pending charge in my acct. Very unprofessional. UPDATE: its11pm, no pizza, no call saying if there was an issue and nobody still answered the phone. They need workers who actually careabout their customers and have the common Courtesy to call a customer and NOT IGNORE THEIR PHONE CALLS. I'm sure they havecaller ID. I will be calling Friday since tomorrow is Thanksgiving and I'm sure they are closed. Read more

Garlic parm breadsticks? More like old plain floured crust! Cold, took an hour and food was incorrect?.
Ordered deliver of cheese sticks and wings. Said 40 min wait .. 40 min come see a young woman at the front door of my apt.... Wait for a confirmation of delivery but never get one, finally bring food in, overcooked chicken and a shot glass of Maranarafor my cheese sticks Also food was barely "warm" .. worst experience with delivery I've ever had, will never eat here again, Read more
I was nervous after reading some reviews but gave it a shot. 25 minute wait on a Saturday didn't seem bad and the food was... ready on time for pick up and order was correct. I hadn't had Papa Johns in a few year and it was better than I remember. Nocomplaints! Read more
I usually really like Papa John's...but tonight was a big let down. After ordering a pepperoni pizza it had an estimate of one... hour delivery time (this was irritating but not the problem here). The issue I have is the pizza was cold (flavor was okay) andsliced terribly. See the picture of the slice comparison. Huge slices with tiny slices. I usually wouldn't make a big deal overthis but after all the costs/delivery fee/tip this was roughly $30. I could have gone to Costco, spent $10, and waited 25minutes. Read more
Their oven was apparently broken. So they could not fulfill my order. 4-5 business days for a refund.
