Very disappointed in this Papa Murphy location. I placed an online order at 2:30 pm for 5:00 pm pickup. My husband got there at... 5:20 pm and he had to wait for them to make the pizza. He waited over a half an hour!! There was no manager present. Shortstaffed or not, they had 2 1/2 hours to make a take and bake pizza that would take 5 minutes to prepare. Unacceptable Read more

Ordered two pizzas here at 2p in the afternoon. Order was to be done at 2:50p. At 245 I walk in and NO online orders are... completed and 6 people are waiting in line. I walk back out with my small child.. Still at 3p, the pizza wasn?t done. The 3employees couldn?t even find my receipt. At 310p, the 230 orders were yet to be made. This was evidenced by 230 receipts on thecounter. They were processing orders faster if you had walked up. This was evident by half the people being gone when I cameback in the second time. Unfortunately, I couldn?t stand in there and wait bc I had a small child with me. If it was this bad at230, I can?t even imagine what it was like at 5p dinner time. last time I Picked up from here they left out the marinara for mycheesy bread. Update. Busier than usual, with a slight wait for the first time. Tastey pizza with a choice of 3 diffetent crusts a d MANY toppings and... sauces. Reasonable prices, especially on specials! Take home and bake right away or freeze for another day. Read more

Toppings for the Garden Veggi pizza have really gotten sparce. Not at all what it was a month ago

Arrived during a peak time of 4pm -5pm. However, staff was friendly and efficient with service. Wait time was 15-20 minutes max.
