I called and ordered 4 pizzas for pick up today. When we got them back to work, and opened em up, they were far below... expectations to say the least. I ordered 2 18?, 1 16? and 1 12? cheese which was free with coupon. The 2 xl pizzas were morelike 16? instead of 18. Very little sauce and minimal toppings. For a $33 pizza each, that is REDICULOUS. The 16? was suppose tobe a double dough, it was barely above the thin crust. I usually order from this location about once a month. But not anymore,the service is 0 star worthy. I spent just under $100 and I could of gotten more and a lot better effort from Papa John?s athalf the price. Read more
My pizza was burnt, hardly any cheese, barely warm to touch 25min late. Worst have gotten here yet. Been customer for over 12... years. Manager, no apologies will go somewhere cause quality not consistent. Read more
I ordered a pizza and wings at 8:08. Didn?t get my food until 9:54. And the wings were missing. Still waiting to hear back about... whether I will get my money back or not. Read more
I had a delivery issue and a rude driver but the manager apologized and made it right. I'm glad because the pizza is always... great and have ordered from them for years for myself and the employees at my company. Everyone's happy when I say where it iscoming from. Read more
An absolutely fantastic Pizza I had the thin crust again, just wish I could dine in. Stopped here again the other day and this... will be my last $40 I ever spent at Rosati's. The order-taker on the phone at the central call station they have now imposedcould barely speak English and after I repeated my order four times did not get what I had asked for. I told her I wanted thepizzas made early and put into a cooler because they were going into my trunk for a 2 hour drive. They were made early alrightbut put into a hot box. I should have turned them down they were dried out and the worst pizzas I've had from Rosati's. I alsothought I would try their pasta and I did not get $13 worth by any means, it wasn't worth half of what I paid. Read more

$47 dry pizza with an abundant of onions. Called to request for credit said they wouldn?t and only $12 credit. After much... request to speak to upper management and going back and forth with him, agreed to make another pizza. After considering that mypizza might be made with other ingredients in retaliation decided not to get their pizza at all and just made some sauce to dipthe pizza. Read more
