Pork belly is not my favorite BBQ item but the pork belly here was absolutely amazing. Tri Tip needed more salt to my liking but... overall enjoyable with the delicious yams. They were out of macaroni when I went but the baked beans made a surprisingly nicesubstitute. Do not get the pulled pork unless you want to be disappointed. My girlfriend got the ribs and they were good, notgreat, but the BBQ sauce added the needed flavor to be satisfied. The highlight was the banana pudding. It alone can give thisfood truck/trailer a Michelin Star. Come here hungry, and leave full. Read more
I?ve seen this food truck many times as I frequent A Better Me Spa right next door and today I finally gave the food a shot and... I?m so glad I did! We got two trio?s and tried every meat. My kids loved the pulled chicken and pork! I thought everything wasgreat! The collard greens were out of this world. But the best was the man in charge of the grill. He was quite the character.Very friendly, outgoing and funny. Thanks so much we will be back. Oh and the banana pudding!!! When we lived in Menomonee Falls this was our favorite dinner treat. When we decided to have a small backyard wedding we knew... exactly who we wanted for the food, we didn't even contact anyone else for catering, it had to be Smoked! They were always veryresponsive with emails answering my many questions and helping us through the process. On the day of they were right on time forwhen they said they would get here, the food was beyond perfect, and lots of our guests said they not only loved the food butreally enjoyed talking and visiting with the whole Smoked crew! We have been going to smoke 225 for years and have never been anything but pleased. We have tried the pulled chicken, pulled... pork, tri-tip, multiple sides, and a few desserts. They are all delicious! We have placed a few catering orders for holidays andare always happy with our orders. You will not find better customer service anywhere. Quite simply, we love this business!
