Is it just me, or has the fast food industry been on a downward spiral since 2020? It seems like every food chain is... experiencing staff shortages and they're just hiring anyone who's willing to work, while allowing for their product quality totake a dive in the process. The pizza I ordered was lukewarm and dry and they were VERY stingy with the pizza sauce andtoppings. I've ordered from Toppers a handful of times and it seems as though their pizza is becoming less and less flavorful.Not to mention, I paid cash for the pizza and the guy who processed the payment needed help counting the change. At this point, Papa John's, Toppers, Pizza Hut and Dominos are all in the same sinking boat. And because so many customers are having the sameexperiences regardless of where they go, I predict that more people will opt to just bake store- bought pizza at home. Absolutely HORRIBLE! Ordered pizza for lunch and the have nerve to deliver this pizza! When I called in the manager was rude... again delivering another pizza. Seriously the cook should be FIRED! You would think she would be nice and understanding, didn?teven offer anything! My bill with tip was $98.12!! Read more
Placed an online order. It stated our food would be ready in 25 minutes. We get there and they said they never received a... order... My husband double checked the order/address. Everything was correct. While waiting outside I seen seven or eightcustomers go in get their pizza and come out. I asked them if they called or placed an order online? More than half of them saidthat they placed an order online. The thing that bothers me the most is while our food should be cooking the employee andmanager were outside having a cigarette. Scheduled a delivery for lunchtime. Pizza was good, seemed pricey for what we got but delivery isn?t free anymore (nor should it... be). Pizza came 15 minutes faster than we scheduled it to, which worked out today but could cause complications in somesituations. Read more

This is my second time ordering at this location. Both times food not made right & just plain terrible. Worst pizza I have ever... had. I used to think it was D but not anymore this place made #1 don't eat here. Mad I wasted $50 bucks on this place. Read more
I've only ordered from this location 3 times, and two experiences were poor. The first time, they put pepperoni on a what was... supposed to be a vegetarian pizza. The second time, the pizza looked terrible and was missing several ingredients. I reachedout to voice my concern and received no reply. Steer clear of this location. Read more
This was our first bad experience with this location. We ordered 3 pizzas and a triple order of bacon sticks. With delivery it... was over $100. They forgot to give us our sauces for the sticks and one of our pizzas was wrong. We called and were told thedriver would be sent back with our sauce but the pizza that was missing the topping was correct, the missing topping was "just garnish " after going in circles with that person for a few minutes over it's not correct because we ordered that " garnish" we gave up. But after 30 minutes and still no driver with our sauce fir the sticks, I called again. Was told she should havebeen back. But will send her back with them when she got back to the store. I told her the sticks are now cold and I have $20 insticks no one is eating because no sauce. She offered me a free pizza on my next visit. Driver NEVER cane back with thesauce. Sticks went into the garbage along with my $100 . Worst part Domino's was offering a $7.99 per pizza special. Wish Ihad seen that first. After reading the other reviews , it really looks like it is a overall location issue here. We love toppersbut this location seems to say anything to you to get you off the phone. Update.
