Had a really good dinner. Server was excellent. Other staff encounters were very pleasant, upbeat individuals. The reason for... the 3 stars is because the atmosphere is a bit cold. Colorless surroundings, institutional feel, sterile. Some may like that,but I find it off-putting. In addition, though it was quite empty because of the reduction in business travel due to theThanksgiving holiday, the restroom left MUCH to be desired in regard to cleanliness and supplies. How it could be that dirtyand completely lacking in soap when there are SO few people is beyond my comprehension. Anyway, the food was really good. Oneperson in our group was asking about the soup ingredients, so the server brought her a sample. A pretty sizable one at that. She did end up ordering a bowl for her starter. Another person ordered the roasted 1/2 chicken in a bourbon glaze. Oh did THATlook good, and it was praised by the consumer. I had the Cubano sandwich with the mashed potatoes, and I also added a side ofbaked beans. Delicious. Could not taste the honey mustard so I am not sure if it was forgotten, or if was just that minimallyadded. It was still excellent. The potatoes were just the right amount of garlicky with that hand-made feel by not beingwhipped completely smooth. The bake beans were a wonderfully smoky, BBQ flavor. For a hotel restaurant, I was impressed. The salmon blt was divine. The service was above and beyond. The atmosphere was cool... and it was not a noisy restaurant. I very much enjoyed the experience. Read more
I really enjoyed the from-scratch menu that the Chefs put so much time and passion into preparing for us.
You are sure to love the bartender Limon, great service and one of the BEST fish frys around.
This was about the worst overpriced food I've ever tasted. Their prices are way too high given the quantity and quality of the... food. The ribs were so overcooked, had to be cut off the bone, burned all over the meat so it had a terrible after taste ofburnt food. The mashed potatoes were barely room temperature and had to ask for them to be made again. The vegetable wasliterally 3 bites of a so-called coleslaw. The waiter was excellent and we suggested he take his talents to a betterrestaurant! We went somewhere else afterwards to get something to eat. They'll never see me again. Read more
Had some of the best service I have ever experienced. Brody was beyond polite and gave amazing service. My three stars are for... the portion and price of the fish fry. You get two cubed looking pieces of fish, fries, and a roll with a very weird little dishof cabbage coleslaw for 22 dollars. Very exspensive for the amount of food given. Very disappointed. Read more
First time trying this restaurant. While the food itself was good - our drink(s) took 20 minutes to arrive and at that point we... were informed that they did not have the ingredients for one of the cocktails on the menu. It then took another 10 minutes toget a second choice drink. The same thing happened again with dinner. Our order was placed and minutes later we were informedthey were out of 1 of the main dishes. After all this, we decided to give desert one more try and again, waited 30 minutes fordeserts to arrive. Staff was friendly but faster transparency on menu availability would have made for a better experience. Read more
I’m so sad you changed your salmon blt!! What happened to fresh poached salmon? It was salmon salad now. Full of canned... salmon and mayo. So disappointing. And the kids meals were pretty overpriced. Thought we’d get fresh fruit as a side but was acanned fruit cup. Even my daughter was disappointed. Quick service however, but I don’t think we will be back. Read more
