The hours posted must be incorrect or something. I went to get food after work, and the doors were locked and no one was... answering at the drive through. I came at 9:25. I've worked food service, so I know it can be hectic but if it's later andyou're very hungry, I wouldn't recommend going here. The hours on Google and the door may just need to be fixed idk but eitherway I'm disappointed. Read more

I wish I could give them 100 stars I would!! It was 7:45 on a Friday. My kids had not had dinner yet and were starving as they... usually have dinner well before that.I had ate in the dining room.at McDonald's like a month ago. So we went there, I got mykids out of their carseats only to find the doors locked. Wendy's was next door so I went there, doors locked. I went back toMcDonald's, both drive-thru lanes were insinuating they were closed. Back to Wendy's drive thru. I wait 6 min for them to saysorry we are closed. My 2 year old is full blown flipping out for food. I see Arby's, head straight for the drive-thru that hadabout a 4 car line. I notice a couple walk inside. Thank you!!! Thank you! We go inside and eat. Thank you Arby's for being openat 8pm on a Fri and especially thank you for being open inside!! As a mom of 2 toddler kids, you don't know how much that ment!Arby's will absolutely with out a doubt be our first choice from here on out. Read more
Ordered through the app and when I got to the restaurant it was closed so I emailed corporate but it was a friday so I wasn't... going to see a follow up email till at least monday so I decided to call the next day. When I explained what happened I was toldto contact door dash. When I explained again, reiterating that I used their app and not door dash, I get told to call back whenthe GM was in and hung up on. I then called corporate and they took my info about what happened and said they were going toissue a refund. I never got an email. Never got my money back. I'm done with Arby's. Read more
One of my favorite restaurants to eat at, but received the wrong food. Accidents happen but I was bummed! Good food otherwise.
