Took forever to order and the woman took so long to acknowledge everything that it was almost like I had to repeat it, awkward... enough that I didn't know whether to say again or just wait. Took her sweet time getting the munchkin box from the back and wasconfused and stupid about which ones I asked for. It really is not that hard and these reviews are terrible. Ordered through doordash, they were missing 2 of the items but still have them available on doordash and only told me they were... out of the one. The grilled cheese was hard as a rock and cold, and the hashbrowns were burnt. Only thing edible was the drink.For a place with donuts in the name they sure run out super frequently. Read more
Ordered a large iced coffee with creamer and liquid sugar. They had difficulty hearing me because of the speaker which isn't... their fault but I didn't realize until I got my drink they didn't hear I asked for creamer. When I said it was supposed to havecreamer in she was dead set on the fact that I never said it and didn't offer to fix it. They knew they were having issueshearing the order so it was a possibility they just didn't hear it. Creamer is literally not an additional cost even if Ididn't order it.... The wake up wrap not only came unfolded and looks like a toy, it actually tastes like a toy! If you have never bitten into a toy... before let me tell you it'll definitely wake you up! And that was a lot of money to spend on a cup of ice with one splash ofcoffee. I could hardly get my straw jammed down in the cup. Apparently they expected me to eat the ice cubes and taste theflavor that way. This is NOT just another Dunkin's. This is a disaster.
