I went to drive thru got told be with you in a minute, which was fine but after 3 cars in the other lane were processed before I... even got to order, NO! I left very angry. Called and got well sometimes they multitask which if fine but 3 cars worth I don'tthink so. Need better training then. Not going there for a very long time if ever again. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed an online order for pickup. When i arrived the pickup lanes were closed for curbside. I... called to tell them i was there and was told i needed to wait in line. I ended up waiting in line for over an HOUR. When Ifinally got to the window and noticed bags and drinks sitting on the counter I asked if mine had been sitting out, and statedthat I did not want cold food. The boy running the window didn't seem to wanna answer me so I asked again. There was a younglady with curly hair in a blue shirt that stated, "it's as fresh as its going to get" followed by her basically throwing the bagat the poor guy working the window. I get that you are understaffed, but that is not our problem. Don't make it ours. We arecustomers and you clearly need to learn better customer service. Not all of my experiences here have been bad but this wasdefinitely the top of the worst. Take your money elsewhere. Read more
One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Drive thru lines take forever to get through even with only a few cars. Go inside... to get your order and expect to be ignored for at least 5 minutes before any staff member even speaks to you. Once you get yourfood, it will be poor quality at best. Waste of time and money. Read more
