The staff here are amazing, I've had a lot of tragedy in my family, and particularly two sisters whom work here have not only... made my day, several times, but have been able to to give me some drinks at no charge to me. The sisters who I will just call E& E also go out of their way to take time to talk and genuinely care about people. Read more
It?s a friendly store and always clean, but this is the third time we?ve picked up Frappuccinos that taste like ground ice with... a little coloring. Given that Starbucks isn?t cheap, it?s frustrating, and I go there less now. Usually when I?m picking updrinks, we?re on a time crunch so that I can?t just go back and ask for a replacement. Let me start of with saying I LOVE Starbucks! I have been to different stores in five different states, and it was perfect every... single time. Well, until the built a store in Menomonie. They have messed up my order numerous times. When I ask to have itcorrected I'm told that it's correct and that I need to change my order. I've gotten the same exact thing for years. I even makemy husband taste it to verify it. This last time, they spent five minutes in the drive thru window arguing that it was myproblem, not theirs. Then laughed at us when we drove away. It's simple science. If you put the same ingredients in the cup,it's going to taste the same every time. Every time it happens, one specific employee seems to be involved. I have no clue whatshe thinks I did to her, but I have always been polite to all of the baristas. At this point, going back to that store starts togive me an anxiety attack. I simply want what I paid for, and don't want to have to drive to Eau Claire to get it. Read more
I'm not really a 5 star rater but I do rate as I feel appropriate. I was much satisfied with my purchase. I always get the... Carmel crunch Frappuccino and it never let's me down. The Menomonie Store is just opening so there were still boxes all over ofstuff that needed to be put away but all around looks like its going to a nice spot for people to enjoy there coffee. Me and a friend ordered two venti mango dragon fruit lemonade refreshers. They told us it would just be without the conclusions... which we were fine with. But instead they came looking like iced milk. They added coconut milk which we did not order. Thedrinks did not taste good, and service was slow. Read more
