Went in to pick up a door dash for a customer, had door dash mask on, the elderly employee yelled at me for not having a bag for... a 3 item order and went as far as tossing the customer's food on the counter, horrible customer service, strongly recommendingto reconsider ordering from this location due to tossing customers orders. Good food, friendly staff and incredibly fast service unless of course they're super busy which is understandable.
It's okay. The staff is friendly, but I don't think I've ever received the correct order - whether I place my order in the drive... thru, on the app, or on the Taco Bell website. Be sure to check your order before leaving if you're not eating in therestaurant. There have also been times where the app or website lets me place an order, but then I arrive at a closedrestaurant?
