Went in to pick up a door dash for a customer, had door dash mask on, the elderly employee yelled at me for not having a bag for... a 3 item order and went as far as tossing the customer's food on the counter, horrible customer service, strongly recommendingto reconsider ordering from this location due to tossing customers orders. Good food, friendly staff and incredibly fast service unless of course they're super busy which is understandable.
It's okay. The staff is friendly, but I don't think I've ever received the correct order - whether I place my order in the drive... thru, on the app, or on the Taco Bell website. Be sure to check your order before leaving if you're not eating in therestaurant. There have also been times where the app or website lets me place an order, but then I arrive at a closedrestaurant? Great tacos, we really enjoyed the family pack. A tad more spendy than I remember, but a good value overall.
Fast service even at 1130 pm! If you can?t decide what to get just buy one of everything on the value menu. You can?t go wrong!
I visit this Taco Bell too often and I just wanna say how sweet an amazing they all are. My personal favorite employee is April.... Shes always sweet,funny and regardless the day she's always got a smile on her face. She is beyond polite and definitely needs araise the way she takes pride in her work the way she does. If you have employee of the month award she definitely more thandeserves it. We ALL know that fast food life isn't easy nor are most people as polite to them as they are to thier customers. Itnever matter the time of day I go there not one of them have even remotely a bad attitude. Thank you guys for being one of mypersonal favorite fast food joints and making actual quality food because let's be real you almost have to go to McDonald's at acertain time only because you might get the stretch of crew members that put a thumbprint in your Big Mac and find thatacceptable. For being short staffed through COVID the store has done an amazing job with its ups and down of still being a friendly, as fast... as can be Taco Bell. Props to the warm and friendly staff. Read more
