First time I've gone to Wendy's in years.. got a burger and some fries before hitting the hwy home. Opened my meal at home only... to find a some kind of chicken / bacon sandwich and order of fries. No catsup in the bag either. Literally only rating 2 starscause the fries are good... with or without catsup. Read more
Food was hot and fresh but there was no ketchup set up in either of the dispensers (and none offered at the counter), the... self-serve beverage machine was placed right across from the counter and interfering with the line to order, and the men's roomwas filthy with flies all over the toilet. I appreciate the understaffing conditions, but these things will keep customers away. Read more
Food was very good. My wife had a Dave single and I had a baconator. Both were prepared properly and tasted excellent. My... wife ordered fries and those were also excellent. The priced were a bit high, but overall, the meal was great!! Read more
Food was good. But my issue is the person at the register not listening and gave me 4 strawberry frosties not chocolate it... normally wouldn?t be an issue but I live a good distance away and can not drive back. Please make sure you guys are actuallylistening not just assuming? Read more
Returning from vacation we decided to eat on our way home knowing we didn't have much in the fridge...stopped at... JJ's...closed...stopped at Arby's...CLOSED!!! ON A SATURDAY early evening no less! So we swung into Wendy's! Thankfully theywere opened! Had a chicken and toasted pecan salad...it was perhaps the best salad I had eaten in 2.5 weeks on theroad...absolutely delicious! The person who took our order was great. The food was great when we finally got it, it took 10 minutes. I suspect it was due to... staffing shortages but they weren't busy so thought it really should not have taken that long for a couple breakfast sandwichesand potatoes. Read more
Parking was terrific. Pulled right in there no problem. On the way in though the door handle was loose,but functional. Upon... entry and approaching the counter my family was welcomed by a charming young lad. After a few moments of studying our lunchoptions he asked if we were ready to order. We were not,so after our reply he said if we had any questions, don't hesitate toask. We asked if there was a 4 piece chicken nugget? He said there was. After enjoying our meal,my son needed to defecate. Sooff to the lavatory we went! From what I could tell, everything passed from him well. We went through the drive thru and ordered 4 cheeseburgers and a bacon double stack and chicken nuggets. We got everything but... the bacon double stack. Since the lobby isn't open anymore, we drove around to the drive thru again and there were 5 cars aheadof us. The kids were eating their cheeseburgers and they were cold, like they sat in the warmer most of the day. The only thinghot was the chicken nuggets. When we finally got thru they gave my bf a double stack WITHOUT bacon. How can you mess up an ordertwice? So frustrating. If we ever go to a Wendy's again, maybe we'll just say to give us $20 worth of food so we don't get ourhopes up about getting what we actually want. Read more
