We ordered for my kids? school fundraiser tonight. I received the wrong order which in itself isn?t a huge deal. I called and... the woman who answered the phone asked for a description of the driver and said she would contact the driver. About 8-9 minutespassed and I never got an update (was the driver coming right back with the correct order or did they have to remake it?). So Icalled. The young guy who answered sounded stoned. He was like ?Ehh uhhh ummmmm yeah it?s going to take longer than 8 or 9minutes.? Well, my prior phone call ended without any explanation to the problem?s solution which seems like customer service101. Common sense is gone. Say goodbye to it.
