Food was not great, everything looked and tasted like it had been sitting out on the heat table for hours. We arrived at 7:45... with a store closing at 9:00. They started turning off the heat tables and removing food at 8:10. Most of the trays were nearlyempty. I understand not wanting to waste food, but they still had people coming in at 8:35. It certainly wasn't worth $11.99plus tax, beverage and tip. Egg rolls were soggy, crab Rangoon was so hard I couldn't but into it. The broccoli in with thechicken was nearly brown and wilted. Surprised at the quality of the Chinese takeout for being a buffet. Lived in the area for years but had dismissed the location... due to not having online ordering and being a buffet. They now have online ordering and the order confirmation was quick. I didorder fried crab and cheese wonton but got a pork dumpling in soup instead. It was still very good so not worth complainingabout. Had egg rolls and sweet and sour chicken w pork fried rice and the portion was quite large for the price. Glad to have aChinese restaurant in the area with good prices, good food and good portions. Read more

This is absolutely a "no frills" eatery. It was 19.30 for two adults during lunch. There is a big selection and the food was... fresh and plentiful. They started using disposable plates and plastic ware during COVID and they are still using it. So itbecomes a cafeteria style buffet. Not a place for date night but if you're hungry and hankering for Asian food, this is for you. Read more

It seems like the food is always old. The shrimp chips were so hard I couldn't even break them with my hands. When I asked for... new ones that they took a very long time to put them out like they didn't want to give up the old ones. Very cheap! Read more

I saw a comment that someone had gone at 8pm and the food was not very good, this isn't surprising for a buffet especially one... as reasonably priced as this. I go early in the day before 3 o'clock to catch the lunch price of 8$ instead of 12$ for dinner. The food is much fresher early in the day and yes it is not a big variety they have many kinds of chicken, but that's what Ienjoy. I like chicken and enjoy eating all the different ways it's prepared with all the different sauces. The sushi is nothingspecial but for 8$ what did you expect? I've been to many buffets all around town I'm from Cleveland, and I can guarantee forthe price this is the best buffet in the greater Cleveland area. If you are a picky eater or have a weak stomach why would youeven go to a buffet? The staff is always nice to me, if you find that they are ride perhaps you should check your own attitude.Others may have had a bad experience here, I wish I could say for certain they are wrong but I can't. In my opinion they arewrong though. Read more

I’ve only ever ordered take out from here, and the orders have always been accurate , hot, and fresh. I would advise against... the buffet for sure. The food doesn’t look appetizing at all. Side note , the staff here is incredibly rude and inattentive. If I based my visit on that alone, I’d definitely never return. Read more

The pricing was great for lunch but other than that I had a poor experience. The environment was dim and outdated. I tried... everything I would usually order from an Asian/Chinese restaurant. I was strongly dissatisfied: a lot of items tasted like itsat out for a while. What totally turned me off was the fried rice. The taste was unbearable. Due to that I made a new platewith white rice and everything else I had on my previous plate, except the fried rice. I still couldn’t eat it (my appetitewas ruined). The waitress (who also acted as the hostess, and appeared to be the manager) made a comment when getting my platesthat I wasted their food; and should have ate smaller like everyone else. She had no right to say such a thing especially sinceI already paid for an ALL YOU CAN EAT experience. Even after I explained to her the fried rice’s condition and how I triedgetting another plate, apologizing for “wasting the food “ she still commented I shouldn’t have grabbed as much food. Idid leave a tip because I am not rude unlike her but I’m never returning! I forgot to mention there was a limited selectionof sushi and there was little to no labeling of the different foods.
