Waited ten minutes after being seatted for the waiter to finally greet me. Food took a while but was good. Was asked if I... wanted a second beer, and I declined. This Applebee's has always been a decent place over the years to stop at and get a drink or a bite to eat. The service I've... recieved has always been nice and friendly, food generally comes out pretty quick, and the food is always decent. Only once didI have to send anything back. It was a burger and I did tell them pink, but upon taking the first bite, there was way too muchpink. Other than that, I've never had a problem with the food. Read more
Very disappointed evening. We were seated shortly after arriving but no one came to acknowledge us, take a drink order or even... to say hello. Left after sitting for 20 minutes and no service. Not even another server, who looked in our direction, came toask about our needs, nor the host who walked by seating someone else except to say that our server would be with us soon. Ourserver had a large party of teenagers having dinner before leaving for their Homecoming Dance and was cashing them out withwhat appeared to be some difficulities. No one was helping each other out that night. As we got up to leave, we told the hostthat we were leaving due to the lack of service, the host then told us that he would get our drinks but we declined. This is the second time in a month I?ve went to this location and have had horrible service. We waited 55 mins and only received... one water and a child?s milk. The last time we waited over 120 mins to get our food from the time we were sat. Sorry Applebees.This location will no longer be visited by me and my family. Coming from a customer who has left a few employees very very largetips ?but when the service was good. It seems like in the last 3-6 months this location has fallen apart and possibly needs somenew management?because all I heard from him were excuses and argumentative responses !! Read more
Awful. Ordered mozarella sticks and got coctaul sauce vs. marinara. My mom ordered onion soup and a salad. Had to ask the server... to bring out the soup before the salad. Ordered fries with our dinner and they looked like they had been under a heat lampforever. The manager came by and we told him about the fries and they bought out some fresh ones that looked just cooked. Allthis and they took NOTHING off of the bill. Won't be back... Read more
Terrible, low quality food, and the employees here are HORRID. No customer service skills, management needs to come in and clean... house with some of these employees. Bailey is the only good employee here, and they treat her so badly there whenever we arearound. Their pick up/doordash area is so completely unorganized and chaotic, I couldn't believe it. Was picking up from theremultiple times and stood there for 15-20 minutes before someone finally asked if we had been helped. Not sure why this place isstill getting so much business. Not even sure how this place has a 4 star, because I pick up from here almost daily, and I?venever once had a pleasant experience. Read more
I hate to say it, but I honestly cannot say anything good about our experience here. My husband, 2 young kids, and I came on a... Tuesday. We waited over an hour to be seated after the hostess told us, "It will be a 30 minute wait, but probably less". Wewere finally seated, saw our server ONCE to order drinks and food, and didn't see her again for 40 minutes. I am normally apatient person, and NEVER leave negative reviews, but this experience was insane! When we finally got our food, it was cold, andthe kid's hamburger wasn't even a full patty. I literally could not be more disappointed. I understand low staffing--I own asmall business--but this was beyond explanation. Negative stars. Read more
Came here to this location after having a bad experience at the Willoughby location. Much better experience at this location,... very clean, friendly and fast. Alex our server was super friendly and fast and made sure all of our food was good and that wehad everything we needed. This will definitely be our new Applebees location and we will be back!
