Needs to be a negative number for review. Rude employees that would rather play on their phones then work. No sign and lights... all on, no one in drive thru but dining room closed. Girl playing on phone stated not allowed to put sign up for dining roomclosed. They really like wasting people's time. Do not go to this Burger King. Read more
306 BK is a mess. Hit or miss if they are open, often rude, miserable staff, and consider yourself lucky if your food is fresh,... hot or good. I had a chicken sandwich recently & the chicken was as tough as a rubber dog toy. This place could make a ton ofbusiness if they had decent staff. I won't even go back there for a pop! Read more
Came in on Aug 21 at 10:30 am to get breakfast for my family. The manager was very pleasant, but I had to speak to her because... her crew person working the drive thru was so incredibly rude that she should be terminated. This restaurant has never had thebest customer service, but I've always let it slide because I've managed fast food restaurants and I know that you can't alwaysfind the best people. But this young lady is a new low for me. Im a paying customer and don't deserve to be screamed and spokento in a disrespectful manner because she simply hates her job. With as many job seekers as there are now, I think she shouldjoin them and allow someone who would like the job to take hers. In addition to this I was parked from the drive thru for over10 minutes. Unfortunately while the manager is a pleasant person, I have to lay the fault at her feet. The reviews at this storecontinue to decline because it is obvious that she is reluctant to pull the trigger on replacing her crew. It's a true shame. Iwon't be coming to this location anymore. If they don't want to treat their customers as though they want them there, then theydon't deserve our business. Read more
After being told to wait and waiting for 15 minutes at the order microphone the 2 cars behind me left so I said "hello" and was... asked to wait again because there were 2 employees in the store. There was no one ahead of me and no cars in the parking lot soI left too and went across the street to McDonalds where there was prompt service. Read more

I took my kids through the drive-thru today for a quick dinner, and the staff was great handling our food . It was hot and... fresh. The reason I am giving a one star review is due to the fact that while waiting at the (open) window for our order , weheard someone scream at the employees (I assume the manager) ?I don?t know, this isn?t my f@#*ing store!!!? It scared my kids.Unbelievably inappropriate and unprofessional, and the staff there definitely deserve better treatment. We will NEVER return tothis location. Read more
This used to be the best Burger King around compared to the rest. Now, I'll never go here again; way too many issues experienced... here. Mold on the bread. Hair in the breakfast burrito. The other night my coworker and I both got chicken sandwiches from thislocation and got sick not long after. Never again. Read more
The staff is friendly & kind. The food was freshly made & didn't take long. The only thing I could ask for was more sauce on my... whoopers & rodeo burgers but, other then that, I will definitely go back. Much better food & service the the Madison B.K. Read more
