The food is always very good, no matter what my family and I order. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the staff... can be a bit rude and inpatient at times. I won't be super negative about this visit, but it was not the best visit. We used the app to order and pickup at the drive... thru. We had 2 times for pick up and chose the later of the two. Got there a couple of minutes early but ended up waiting inline for about 15 minutes after our pickup time. Took the order to the park to eat and the burrito was noticably smaller thannormal, which was disappointing. Overall the food was tasty, but service time and portion size were both lacking. I reachedout to Chipotle's corporate site and was treated nicely about my issues. We will go back another time and see if improvementshave been made. Read more

This location needs to be investigated for health and safety reasons. For starters, the bathrooms were filthy and one didn?t... have toilet paper. I ordered a burrito the employee couldn?t wrap it and offered to double wrap it. I didn?t want the extracarbs and refused. A female employee with tattoos on both arms attempted to rewrap my burrito in a new tortilla. It was also afail. She then offers AGAIN to double wrap my burrito. I declined. She said; BUT I DON?T WANNA WASTE THIS FOOD. Me; Excuse me?You?re going to waste it. I no longer want it. Me; Can you please make me a bowl instead? She rolled her eyes and asked: whiteor brown rice? I ordered 2 burritos with double steak, sour cream, corn salsa,etc. When i got home my burritos were really small so i opened... them.. I was missing the sour cream & corn and it definitely didnt look like i got double steak. The guac i received was alsoentirely brown. If you dont have the ingredients then cancel my order ???? Second time I?ve walked out before ordering here due to wait time. If the person taking orders would have had a sense of urgency... I probably wouldn?t have walked out. Instead they were moving slowly. I understand you?re short staffed but maybe that?sbecause you don?t pay enough to attract employees or have good benefits. The places that pay well and have good benefits don?tseem to be short staffed anymore. Read more
