This was the worst Chipotle I've been to so far. Now it wasn't necessary bad, maybe it was an off day, but its a chain and I... have to compare it to the other 20+ Chipotle I've been to. We ate less than 10 minutes after receiving it and it was cold, I hadbarbacoa, beans, and rice, so it should have been atleast warm. My wife's order was no beans but still had beans. It wasn'tready on time so I could watch the kid make my food, very slowly. Every Chipotle I've been to is normally clean but there wasfood all over the counters. Also I don't know how long the employee had worked there but my burrito was rolled so wrong it mademe literally laugh. It wasn't rolled it was folded. NICE STAFF and the food was as ordered. I enjoyed the bowl meal with chicken, rice, beans, cheeses, taco sauce and lettuce. ... Delicious. The place had a nice small outdoor patio, but tables need wiped down. The pop dispensing area is in need of a majorcleaning. I will not get a drink next trip. Dust and dirt on floor. Since COVID I have avoided coming to this location. I swung in to get a pickup order and I arrived shortly after my order would... be "ready" and they did not start making it until after I arrived. I did a mobile order at the time because half my familywanted five guys and the other half chipotle. If you don't start making food until I arrive don't offer mobile pickup. Read more
