I have meetings with my crew leads every Friday night, 4 of the last 5 weeks we?ve ordered Dominos from the Center Street... location with terrible success. First week the pizza was 30 minutes late from an online order that I placed 1.5 hours inadvance, manager said ?didn?t know it was a timed order?. Pizza obviously no longer hot or even warm for that matter. Secondweek it was 40 minutes late, when I called to find out why it was late they said the driver got stuck in the snow in a driveway.It wasn?t even snowing that day. Third week it was 20 minute late, the driver did not read the notes I put in the order and Ihad to walk across a 500,000 sq foot warehouse to get to the door they were parked at. Fourth week we ordered from a local placeand they delivered a hot pizza earlier than promised. Today was the final straw. Tried Dominos again, over 30 minutes late.Manager says the driver got in an accident and the manager was going to pick it up and bring it. 10 minutes later the managercalls back saying the police won?t let them get the pizza from the driver. Was the pizza an eye witness to the accident??? Thenwe were told it would be 2 hours to get a replacement to which we said no thanks cancel the order. Worst pizza place I?ve everdealt with. I?ve deleted the app off my phone and unsubscribed from Dominos emails. What a joke. Can?t see that location stayingopen much longer. Read more
I live less than 10 minutes from the store I use the tracker and it says the driver left at 10:04 and said my order was... completed at 10:14 but never showed up. By 11 I fell asleep waiting and woke up to find the pizza just left on the ground in thesnow. I don't understand why it takes over and hour for a pizza to be delivered to my house that is 7 minutes away from thestore. Don't order from here. It's not worth it Read more
Holy smokes. I ordered online and used the tracker. Tracker said my pizza left the building and will be at my house in 10... minutes. Don't even know if the pizza was good. After 1.5 hours I called the store and told them to cancel the order. As I wasasking them to refund my money the guy pulled up with my pizzas and I told him to take them back to the store. Read more
Made an order and their tracker said it was delivered after it was?done? for 40 minutes. But I still was waiting for my pizza... for another half hour. And then I get a completely cold pizza and they didn?t even give me my extra marinara sauce I paid for. Then while on the phone with the manager she offered a credit for $20 but wouldn?t correct the pizza and redeliver a hot freshpizza and then hung up on me. Needless to say this store is horrible and needs restated with people who will do the job rightand in a friendly manner. Read more
