Ordered dinner from this location on Doordash this evening. Burger buns were saturated in grease and moisture (probably from the... use of aluminium wrappers). One of the wrappers was actually dripping liquid, which had soaked the fries and the paper bag.Tasted the burgers with a fork, as they were unable to be picked up by hand because they were falling apart. The meat was verybland, with poor quality not-so-fresh toppings. For a $14 burger, I would at the very least expect a reputable burger company tooutperform my own homemade burgers, and I have never been a professional cook. I ate at this location in person a few years agowith some friends and would have given them 5 stars, but today, I am very sad to see this level of quality decline. Read more
Awful service i ordered 2 burgers and some cajun fries they forgot an entire $15 burger and the one they gave me was completely... wrong missing a patty. Then when i went to get a refund they offered me a gift card but im not going to eat here again so thatsworthless to me and after that i was ignored. Its pretty sad because i paid with card and they would not send it back. Would notrecommend unless your eating in and you watch them make the burger but the fries were good Read more
What can I say? Five Guys is always a long wait....but only because your food is made to order right in front of you . The... burgers and fries are amazing, but I personally save this place for special occasions. It's on the pricey side, but worth everypenny. The shakes are bomb ???? too! Read more

This was my first time trying Five Guys and it was really good l. The signs say fresh beef and fresh fries and that's exactly... what we got. The hamburger was very fresh tasting and the fries were the best! They don't have kids meals but they have littlehamburgers and cheese burgers that only have 1 beef patty instead of the normal 2. That was perfect for my 4 year old. It is abit more expensive then the traditional fast food place but the quality is soooo much better it is definitely worth it! Read more
Update... This continues to be one of the most unprofessional locations anywhere. Today I was argued with by "mr arrogant" the... manager who fixed drink machines without testing them, then seems upset at me for some reason. I demanded my money back (after20 minutes of them trying to fix the machine) and Mr arrogant decided that in exchange for my money back I had to heareverything I did wrong... including telling him that i was unprofessional to tell me I was wrong. The food is good, but youhave to decide for yourself if years of unprofessional employees in the way they treat customers is enough of a counter to thedecent food. At the moment it isn't, and I will not be back...at least for a while. Maybe Mr arrogant will be gone and theywill hire another unprofessional employee (they refused to tell me the managers name... so Mr Arrogant is all I have to callhim)... much like the browns... if the employees keep failing, then it is likely ownership. I have not had better Five Guys for years and years. Huge serving of piping hot, perfect fries, amazingly fast service, and... everything was just extra. We live 30 minutes away and will pass several others to go to this location. Awesome experience! Read more
