ANOTHER UPDATE 9/24/22: Well, went back again tonight for our usual deep dish just to make sure things were really back to... normal and they were!! Delicious pizza and the old staff was there along with Sal. Decided to change my 1 star rating from theoriginal review to 5 star since I think things are truly fixed. For those of you who left because things got so bad, I hope youread this and go back because you won't be disappointed! UPDATE 9/17/22: Such good news!! We ordered our usual deep dishthinking this could possibly be our last Hungry Howie pizza based on the past 3 weeks, but we're so happy that's not the case!! When we went to pick it up, the old crew was there!! YEA!!!! Welcome back to Vince, Connor and Julie!! Boy were you guysmissed. Don't know how this happened, but we're really happy it did. The pie was the pie we knew and expected to get everyweek. Things are all good again. We have been ordering pizza from this Hungry Howie for 2 years almost every Saturday night. To do this we obviously were happy with the pizza and the people that worked there we wonderful and fun. I don't know what onearth happened in the last 3 weeks, but the last 3 pizzas were not good at all. Week one was supposed to have extra sauce andlight cheese. The pie was dry and had so little cheese you could hardly see it. We actually put some cheese on at home andpopped it back in the oven. Week 2 we ordered extra sauce with regular cheese. It was still dry and had so much cheese wecould hardly eat it. Week 3 today was supposed to be extra sauce and light cheese. Both were barely visible and obviouslycouldn't be tasted. We going to give this one more try, but we're SO disappointed with what's going on at this location. I have always loved Hungry Howie's, and I didn't think I could love it more, but their new Pickle, Bacon, Ranch Pizza is my new... all time favorite pizza! I even called the store to tell the manager that my family who was "brave enough" to try it LOVED it! Ihope it stays on the menu! Read more
Ordered and paid for delivery expecting it to be delivered from Hungry Howies. Instead it shows up from DoorDash. The DoorDash... driver had kids in the backseat, who were handling my food. The person I talked to on the phone that was the DoorDash driver, was not the person who delivered my food. I called the restaurant and they said there?s nothing they can do about it. I paidfor delivery from Hungry Howies. Tipped hungry howies. I have DoorDash pash and would not have needed to pay for delivery. Also,there was not bag to keep the pizza warm. They had their young children in the backseat with my food exposed. I don?t know ifthey were opening the boxes or what they did to it. Be warned, you?ll think you?re getting one thing and then you get another.Not safe at all. Food also arrived cold. Just avoid this place at all costs or pick it up yourself. Read more
Its been a mixed experience. This was our 5th order from this hungry howies location, and each time has gotten progressively... worse. Tonight was the final straw. We received a raw pizza that we had to cut ourselves... and when we called in, the shiftlead Kam offered no reasonable solution. We will not be back. Read more
We ordered pizzas and bread for my granddaughter?s birthday party on April 9th, 2022. The pizza was NOT CUT, there was NO SAUCE... for the bread, they forgot our 2 pops and it was the nastiest pizza we ever had! This was terrible! Waste of money!! Love coming here. Last visit, the food was incorrect. Called the establishment to see what I could do, and the phones were not... properly working. Finally got through after the 4th time and was told I would be transferred to a manager. Then hung up on. Imay find another location to visit. Read more
