I called to verify they delivered to my address before discussing our order with my family. When the lady on the phone said they... deliver to my neighborhood we asked if we could make an online order to which we were told yes. So we figured out what we wantedto eat and placed the order. I recieved an order confirmation and the money was deducted from my account. An hour went by and Icalled to check on the order. I was then told my order never came through and that they can retake my order or refund me. Nodiscount offered, no attempt to even speed the delivery up, no apology given just a rude person on the other line. When I askedfor the refund I was hung up on. I called back to verify that they had my card number to refund(still never verified) and spoketo another manager. I was finally asked about my order and the total so they can call their credit card processor to get therefund issues. Completely ridiculous customer service. Stinks because I love the food and we normally dine in. However wedecided to get food delivered for the first time. Well Ill never step foot in this place again after the way I was treated fortheir mistake. Once I said I would be leaving my review on Google she said fabulous and hung up. Even now 5 days after myinitial review I have not been refunded. So as it stands I paid $60 for food I never received. Edit number 2: I called lastnight 7-12 to follow up on the refund and was yelled at by the manager. They insured me the refund was processed and argued withme and informed me that it takes 5-6 business for a refund to be processed which is very reasonable. I told them no one evercalled or confirmed any refund was processed. She continues to yell at me saying its been processed and they tried to call(theydid not do either infact) However this morning I get an email that the refund was just NOW processed and my 5-6 days startstoday. We have ordered from here for over 30 years and while their management has always sucked and they mess up your order almost... everytime, the food has always been so good. The last year or so the pizza has not been good, they stopped having spaghettinoodles and the last thing that we still get is meatball subs. Tonight they said they had no sub buns so the meatball subs wouldbe on hamburger buns! This place has gone so far down hill but they charge plenty for every little thing! My first time dining here. The dining room was closed had to sit in patio the service was sub par we felt more like a bother... that we came in. The food was not good. I got the chicken Parm and it lacked flavor like the meal wasn't seasoned at all husbandsaid his was just ok. Read more
Ate in. had the cheese ravioli. it was tasty. the garlic bread was not a fresh batch. My wife loved the gluten free chicken... parmesan but thought too much sauce was on it. we'd go back. hard to find good Gf options but they seem worthwhile here. thecheese ravioli and garlic bread wasn't gf fwiw. Amazing pizza! If you like pizza or even if you don't, you'll like this pizza. I just wish they would keep it in the oven a tad... longer to crunch up the crust a little more. We got carryout so when it got back to the house I just put it in a pan on highheat and toast it up myself. But the taste and flavor are remarkable. Laurie was excellent at helping us plan a catered party. She quickly arranged an excellent menu with the perfect amount of food... portions for our guests. When I arrived she had the food perfectly packed, fresh and hot. Laurie even helped pack the car. Thefood was above expectations and she did all of the planning with a smile . She also allowed me to pick it up at the time thatwas right for me. If you want to have a catered event contact Laurie.
