I had placed an order online and had thought I had placed it for this restaurant since I have only gone to this store. Being a... new mom, with little sleep and adjusting going back work, I didn't realize that I had placed my order at a different store. Iwas embarrassed! However, the staff was kind and whipped up my order in no time! I was floored by their kindness and timelinesby getting my order ready and me out the door so I can enjoy my lunch break. Absolutely love the staff at this location! I visited on 4/28/22 and they were all super friendly and personable! Brought me... over my food and ran out to bring me the chips and queso I accidentally forgot before I left! They go above and beyond, I havealways gotten the best service at this location! It has its own quirks over it's competition. Food tastes fresh, and was prepared in a typical, timely manner, as would be... expected in such environment. This is a fantastic Moe's location! The staff was friendly. The food was delicious and hot. The dining area was supper clean.... Every table was wiped off which seems rare anymore. The drink station was well stocked and not all sticky. The restrooms wereclean. Easily one of the best Moe's I have seen in a while in Ohio. Read more
