Probably the WORST Panera I have ever visited. The 2 stars is for the food, because the service is appalling. Upon arriving to... pick up my order, I was told it wasn?t ready, it was on the ?screen? (whatever that means by the manager). The manager (or Iassume she was as she was wearing a checkered shirt unlike anyone else working) was the most rude individual I?ve had thedispleasure of speaking with. Told me to move to 3 different areas while I waited and proceeded to ignore me if I asked aquestion. Nearly 29 minutes after I was told the order was going to be ready did I finally get it. The iced coffee was madeahead of time so it was now mostly melted ice and coffee. As it was lunch and I had no time, I was forced to leave with my orderas is. When walking out, another customer coming in held the door for me as my hands were full. An employee of Panera ran,literally ran through the door almost knocking me down. He said ?I?m trying to work here!? Can you believe it? Avoid this Paneraat all costs, as there are many choices in Mentor, with far better service to choose from. Read more
Extremely disappointed in our last visit. Wanted to try the new chicken sandwich. What I got was a cold bun a piece of chicken... and chipotle sauce. No crispy pickles as the menu calls for. Would not have ordered this if would have been told they were outof pickles. Poor customer service..Overpriced !!! Read more
On 10.27.22 I and three others meet for a business meeting at 10am. It was very comfortable but around 10:45 we could feel the... air conditioning start. We became very uncomfortable ????and all of us had to put our sweaters/coats on. Our noses and ears wereso cold and we dismissed our meeting We will be seeking another place to meet more comfortably. Outside temp was 50's ....whoruns air conditioning at this level of cool when temps are dropping. Read more

Always have to watch what you order here! Thought that ordering the teriyaki chicken with broccoli warm bowl would be a safe... bet, but NOPE! Chicken is dark meat (which should be clearly stated on the menu, but it?s not), chewy, and stringy. I wouldn?tmind that much if it wasn?t so expensive. Attempted a group order. It wouldn't process my credit card despite the credit card issuer stating there are no holds. Then it... wouldn't let me press the radio button to select paypal. They are not open to accept the order over the phone. And now the grouporder is gone. Not the best experience I've ever hand. Read more
