A JOKE OF A RESTAURANT. THEY WILL PURPOSELY KEEP THEIR PHONE LINES ON "BUSY" SO THAT THEY DONT HAVE TO TAKE CALLS. I've been a... customer for YEARS but quality control is non-existent. Can't even call and order a pizza. Line is constantly busy. Tried to order through website, accidentally had it sent to a wrong... address, GOD FORBID, and can't even call to rectify the situation. Terrible service!!! Read more

While the food is good and the delivery is prompt the reason I?m giving 3 stars is because every single time I order I tell them... no pepperoncinis in the pizza box because I?m extremely allergic. To vegetable peppers. And each time its in there ???????? Read more
4 stars is because it is corporate and the garlic sauce is so awful for a person BUT I have to admit they do a pretty damn good... NY style pizza. Perfect bendability even with a so so flavor. They also actually put on extra cheese like I asked. May not bethe best but it is certainly worth getting and there's usually one around. Read more
Pizza is one of the things in life I take very seriously and Papa John's has been my favorite franchise pizza source since I was... a kid. Lately I've experienced a rash of poor telephone customer service from other pizza stores, but tonight I ordered a pizzafrom the Mentor Papa John's and my faith in pizza delivery service has been restored. Steve took great care me and he made sureI had everything I needed for my pizza and wings. He is an excellent representative for Papa John's and I'll be sure to orderfrom them again when I find myself in need of a late night pie. Read more
Ordered a pizza from them. It arrived, and on the box there was a promotion *printed* right on the lid - if the Indians win by... 5 or more runs, you get half off your pizza the next day. Well, the previous day, the Indians had won by more than 5 runs...and when I ordered, nobody informed me of this promotion. Yet they delivered a pizza to me that advertised it. I called thestore and the employee said that he was sorry, and that they should have informed me. He spoke with the manager, and themanager said it only applies to online orders and not orders that have been phoned in. The employee went on to say there wasnothing they could do for me, because the order was already processed in their system. Really? And it's not like their pizzais all that cheap. It was $16 for one large pizza. I didn't like the way they handled the situation. The pizza tasted fine,but absolutely nothing was done other than a half-hearted apology. The manager never came on the phone. I've been doingbusiness with this particular Papa John's location on and off for many years. They've messed up before, including forgetting todeliver my pizza altogether once (this was a few years ago). This instance was the last straw for me - I won't be back. Read more
