Went into this Sheetz late Tuesday night. Obscene music with profanity was blasting through the speakers. It was so loud I... wasn?t able to even hear my husband talk to me. If the general manager cares enough to make this store good like it once was (bcit has gone downhill terribly), then please request the video I have of this incident. This Sheetz have gone downhill since I?ve been coming here. Their employees don?t look at the monitor to see what we the... customers order. It doesn?t seem like their properly trained in food handling. Especially, when it comes to gloves and not usingthe same ones for each order. Yuck!!! My order was messed up two nights in a row. The first night I ordered boneless bites and they gave me chicken strips. I ordered... bbq sauce and they give me dr.pepper bbq sauce. I ordered a pizza and they put it in a bag smashing my pizza. The second night Iordered two chili dogs on a pretzel bun and they gave me regular hot dog buns when I paid extra for the pretzel dog buns. I?mgoing to start going to the other mentor location. The people really make this Sheetz stand out. Any time of the day our night they are ready to greet you with a smile and make... small talk. Tonight I came in bone tired, made myself a milkshake and promptly dropped it on the floor. The staff were kind andunderstanding. They wrote of the dropped one and helped me make a fresh one. Plus the food quality is always great here, unlikesome Sheetz locations I have visited. Read more
Ordered three mto items and two hot drinks, the food was done 10 minutes before the drinks. The girl making the drinks was not... very efficient and by the time she finished the second drink, the first one she made was cold. The cups were also covered in asticky syrup on the outside. Read more
