This location has the best customer service and quick made food hot! I made an oops and ordered on the app using the wrong... location for pick up. It was as expected, tastes like death, but I don?t seem to remember that when I get a craving for it. It did taste a little... different this time though, the beef had somewhat of a bitter taste. The food may have been contaminated with the girl that tookour order?s attitude. This girl sounded like Kristen Stewart?s version of Wednesday Adams if she were to make a cameo in theMean Girls movie. I chose dine in service. The employee told me I could only order at the kiosk. They would not take my order at the counter and I... had to use a card to order. First off- I have no desire to learn a new/ different format for every fast food service I go toalthough this seems to be the new norm. By the time I was through figuring out the kiosk I was so frustrated that I had nodesire to eat. The employees were standing in the back talking to each other. Then the kiosk refused to give me a receiptwithout me giving it my personal information. When I asked about it the employee said she could not make my order ( I hadalready paid) and could not give me a receipt. One of my potato tacos had no sauce. I will not be going back to that Taco Bellsince it is not worth the hassle to order through the kiosk. They change the menu every couple of weeks. I also do not want toeat in my car. Very very rude staffing every time. Inability to give correct orders. Half the time they say their computers are down or that... they?re out of meat (HOW DOES TACO BELL RUN OUT OF MEAT?!?) Cheese quesadillas were nothing but a tortilla with a few pieces ofshredded cheese if that. I get that this is Taco Bell we?re talking about but why does this location stand out from the rest somuch? This location needs work. Every time I go through there's always an issue of why I can't order something. 1.) No potatoes (this... lasted 3 days). 2.) No burrito wraps (seriously? A taco place with no burrito wrap?). 3.) Not serving due to food currentlywarming up. 4.) The fryer is down, can't serve latest menu item or anything fried. Also, chips are always cooked in old oil,prime ingredients missing, etc... Seems like a management problem. The staff are always kind and polite. Edit: June 8th, itis 11 PM on a wednesday, I went in the driveway and was told they were closed for the day. I asked why then are the lights on,and the guy in the intercom told me (If you don't like itm then you can open up your own taco bell). This place has a seriousproblem. It needs fixed. This has to be the nastiest, most unpleasant TB I have ever been to.. I visited on 11/2/22 around 1225pm - I went there for a... coworker and to start, the window was repulsive as always. The customer service has to be less friendly than the BMV Theworkers appearance is always sloppy... It blows my mind how someone can be allowed to arrive at work looking so unkempt. Thegirl whips the window open, grabbed my card, gave me my receipt, and whips the window closed. No hello, no total, no have a niceday.. I was the only car there so it wasn't as if they were busy.. lol & even so, be polite. You guys really hire anyone with apulse. Read more
