Not a safe place for a woman! The band and server did a great job that night. Our table had six different appetizers and most of... them turned out ok. Many people dressed for Halloween, which was a pleasant surprise. However! Now for the safety issue:( Twomen continued to throw things at customers, in the air, and at me directly, after being asked to stop. I asked for the managerand HE laughed. The manager spoke to one of the men and they began to laugh. Cards and debris were all over the floor and othercustomers asked them to stop throwing things at them as well. The intimidation and hitting me with things continued until ourgroup left. I could never recommend this bar to my female friends. To allow women to feel unsafe in your establishment in 2022is unacceptable! I will not be returning. Read more
Not often I eat at a sports bar, but when I went up to visit my sister in Mentor, Hooley's was my first choice to eat lunch. It... did not disappoint. Great service, fun atmosphere and the food was delicious. Definitely want to go back the next time I am upthere! Read more
Excellent service and not busy at all. Our waitress made several suggestions and she was on point with all our drinks. Salads... were fresh and delicious. Chicken wings were ok. Food came out promptly. Location is a little dark. Read more

Well well, I left a great review for this place not to long ago, but this time its a definite NO. I order the same salad every... single time I go here. They have forgotten now the dressing twice and one is an upcharge (Oil and vinegar) They forgot my caesarand didn't even add the onion or egg. I just got lettuce, cucumber and chicken!!! Very nice and clean sports bar. They have 6 tvs at the bar and one huge projector screen. Lots of other tvs around the other... areas. Currently 20 beer on tap and lots of liquor options. I sat at the bar, but they have a large dining room and even anoutdoor area with a firepit. I ordered the classic reuben, which seems like a staple dish with many of them based upon cornedbeef. The food was really good. They use a standard rye bread, which is good, but I've been spoiled with marble rye from backhome. Homemade chips were warm, not pre-made and sitting in a bin all day. I ordered the stuffed boxty..potato pancake w swiss and corned beef. Corned beef was dry and stringy but flavor was quite good... overall. The classic bake which is plain mac n cheese. Again great flavor but tiny portion for 9 dollars. The shining star wasthe slaw. Best I have had in decades. I have photos and will post as soon as I am able. Read more
