I used their curbside pickup and it said you get a free pizza if they take longer than 2 minutes. As soon as your pizza is ready... a timer counts down. Almost got a free one, 18 seconds to spare ???? Also pizza was good ???? Read more
Not a good experience. Walked in with my husband and kids over the weekend and the whole staff seemed visibly frazzled. Girl... who helped on the counter was polite and doing her best, but in over her head. She was a positive moment and I appreciate herfor that. She is the saving grace of the second star for this review. Shorter asian man was frantically running around like achicken with his head cut off, talking down in a condescending tone to those around him. Come to find out he was the manager -seemed incompetent and lacked both leadership and humility. All in all, the pizza was okay. It was a domino's pizza that hadproblems but tasted fine for the kids. The young lady at the counter was a breath of fresh air, polite and welcoming. The"manager" came across as a liability to the otherwise kind staff who were doing their best and clearly has an ego. They're customer service is fairly decent... But I've patronized this place twice and both times they've managed to put meat on... my cheese pizzas. I'm not sure if they have their meat toppings too close to the cheese or what, but I do know that if I askedfor cheese pizza, I should get exactly what I asked for without having to pick through my food. The only reason I've been heretwice is because my office is in the area and it's the closest thing. Anyway, if you prefer to order from here, check andinspect your food. Read more
The first time I ordered from here, it was pretty disappointing. We ordered carryout - just 1 medium 2-topping pizza and 1 order... of cinnamon twists. The only pro was that our order was ready very quickly. The pizza barely had any toppings on it at all; itwas almost laughable. The cinnamon twists were extremely dry and tasted old and flavorless. We've been ordering Brooklyn Style pepperoni and cheese pizza at this location for over 2 years...last night was a fiasco! The... staff was visibly hastled...the gal putting orders together said that she started 3 weeks ago and EVERYONE else---was their 1stday! Who leaves a group of new hires alone to run a business??? Placed an order for catering. Called to confirm that it was to be delivered today at noon and no one answered. My event started... and no one had come, then waited a half hour and still no delivery. Finally showed up 40 minutes late- WITH THE WRONG ORDER. Iordered 10 larges-3 just cheese and 7 cheese and pepperoni and ended up getting 9 mediums -4 cheese, 4 pepperoni, and a supreme.This is the worst experience I have ever had and my organization will never be ordering from this location again. Poor customer service. Ordered two pizzas with extra cheese on them but the cheese was less than a normal. I took the pizza back... to them since this wasn?t the first time they screwed up my pizza. Read more
This was the worst experience I have had with this place. We had had good and bad on several occasions but I will never buy... another pizza or anything else. The most recent pizza had very little sauce, the crust wax over bake and hard and it seems itcover the issues with way to much cheese after we request very little cheese. We threw three quarters of the pizza away. Iwill not or would not suggest doing business this this Diminos, Mequon. Read more
