Tried JJ's again after a freaky slow experience a couple months ago. Placed an online order at 1:35 scheduled "as soon as... possible", got a notification it was ready for pickup at 2:00. I went in and asked for pickup. The guy got irritated and said Iplaced it for 2:15 so it would be ready at 2:15 even though I just got a notification saying it was ready and I didn't scheduleit for 2:15. Waited until 2:15 and he hands me someone else's order. I gave it back and said this isn't mine. He finds my boxsitting behind the counter which had been ready since I got there, he tossed it on the counter and walked away. Maybe theyshould utilize the pickup shelf they had sitting by the door so annoying customers don't have to ask annoying questions like canI have my order you notified me was ready? I got an email from my previous review from the GM Jason saying he'd look up myorder and check it out, but nothing ever happened after that. He says it's the busiest store in the Midwest and isn't goinganywhere anytime soon, which I guess means they don't mind collecting 1 star reviews. He manages multiple stores, so there'snever a manager onsite, which is probably the issue. Read more

This is a great Jimmy John's. The subs are the great Subway standard and the staff and owner are really friendly neighborhood... people. Never had a bad experience there and I get a sub there at least twice a month, maybe more. Over the years, that's over100 subs and they have all been great! Read more

I have ordered from this location several times before without much issue. However yesterday I was very disappointed. The... website wasn?t working- this is normally how I order. Okay, fine, I called in over the phone to have delivered at the hospitalwhere I work. When I asked for bottled water, they told me that I could not order this as part of the combo? Not sure exactlywhy. Okay fine I?ll have a sprite. They said bottled Sprite, I said no, just a fountain soda is fine. I ordered two combos, onefor myself and one for another nurse. They said they would send out for delivery soon. They did not give me a time nor tell methat I needed to be at the door when it was delivered. About 40 minutes later I walk down to the entrance where I instructedthem to bring food (where they have always left food in the past, as well as for the many other staff that order from JimmyJohn?s. This is also at least a quarter mile from the department I work in) It is not there, and the staff person at the doortells me that I missed them by about 5 minutes- that the delivery guy would not leave my order unless he was handing it to me. Icalled the store and after some fuss they say they will bring it back and leave it. Great. Another 30 minutes and I walk backdown. No drinks. Call again. They will be back with the drinks. Another 30 minutes and I walk back down for my drinks. It?s afountain coke and a bottled sprite- I had asked for a fountain sprite. They charged me extra for the bottled sprite that Ispecifically said I wanted to be a fountain sprite. Super frustrating- Jimmy John?s is supposed to be fast and definitely notthis difficult. Chaos at lunch. Waited 55 minutes for 3 sandwiches @ $27 total. I overheard that workers didn't show up. Well, there were still... at least 5 that were there & only 1 making food. Put one on online orders & another on in- store orders. Very frustrating. Read more

I visited here for lunch around 11am. The food as always is good. The business needs to hire more people. There was only one... worker, a female, who was working her butt of to make the orders. She deserves double her pay for all the people that she had todeal with Read more

Just returned from an absolutely awful experience at this location. Arrived to find all staff completely absorbed in watching... videos on each other?s phones, to the point that I had to ask twice if someone could please take our order. Clearly a majorinconvenience. Then another staff member showed up and all of them started doing push-ups in the lobby area of the restaurant.The grand finale was one of the guys going to get his vaping device from the car and gyrating in the window of the store. Definitely not the fastest location I?ve been to. They took forever even though there was only one person in front of me and... nobody was doing any other orders they were just poking around behind the line. Half of the restaurant looks like a storageunit. Could?ve been cleaner. I guess it?s just a new standard. Read more
