Disgusting service I always try to get around this location, but today my children asked me to buy them happy meals because they... were given multicolored halloween pails before the halloween.Before ordering, it was written in large letters that halloweenbuckets came back again and I made an order and it was my big mistake because the dispatcher understood for a long time andcanceled what I was saying, she just didn't hear me, but when I went to pay, I saw that these buckets were not there and thecashier said that they were not there.My children were not given ketchup, I asked for no napkins.I fully understand the badreviews about this location Read more
Hands down one of the worst McDonald?s I?ve been to in a long time. I?ve been there about 4 times thinking that each time it... might be better but unfortunately Ive been wrong and never will give them my business again. The individuals that work there arevery rude. The food seems to be premade sitting and not fresh at all, fries are cold and sometimes the burgers on the buns arehard. Highly do not recommend going there especially at night unless you want your meal to taste like it came out of amicrowave. Horrible establishment. Read more
Took 30+ minutes to get our food that did not have any special requests on it. Staff questioned our order numerous times and it... was still not correct when we received it. One sandwich was made with two bun bottoms and all Ingredients were randomly tossedin the box, not assembled. Staff was very rude toward customers. Yesterday we stopped by this location on our way out of town. This is, by far, the most unsanitary McDonald?s I have ever seen... in my life. All the tables were dirty, the restrooms were dirty, and worst of all. The soda machine was leaking from somewhere.They had laid cardboard across all the floors, had a fan running to attempt to address the issue, and the entire area was asafety issue.But that?s not all! The kids working behind the counter ignored me. The girl at the register randomly yelled out tothe others to help her. Yelled! Then two other kids were just standing around joking. Nobody offered to take my order. Whensomeone finally acknowledged me, she offered to take my order, then couldn?t operate the register, asked someone to come over,she couldn?t log in either and then loudly said ?shit? and asked another kid to come over. Store manager- I worked at aMcDonald?s many years ago and I know this is not How the McDonald?s corporations expect their stores to be operated. Read more
Consistently awful service. Not bad; awful. It seems like there is no one running the place. Sometimes you pull up to the... speaker and they just never answer. I?ve seen people drive away - I did it once myself. I wish there were another location closeby because my kids love happy meals. Worst McDonald?s I?ve ever been to in my entire life. Staff is the laziest I?ve ever encountered you literally have to yell... hello in the drive through multiple times for them to not even respond, or they just don?t give you your food. Everyone workingin this joint has the personality and work ethic of a Mcdouble. Read more
For the third time in a week I attempted to order from this McDonald?s and the drive through was never staffed. Car after car... drive away. I went to the drive through and there were three youths inside standing around. Nobody answered the drive throughand nobody came to the window. They just looked at me. I went to the door and a lady answered and I asked if they were closed. She said they are short staffed. I was surprised that nobody even came to the drive through or acknowledged the line of cars. Anyway I feel sorry for the owner. Culver?s is great and have excellent customer service. Read more
One of the worst McDonald's ever. I stopped in here on my way to Milwaukee to get a quick bite and use the restroom. The service... was slow to begin with, not a clean table in the place and in the restroom I was afraid to touch the sink. I know staffing maybe difficult right now but this place was terrible. The building looked nice and new but the service and cleanliness left a lotto be desired. I will never stop at this location again. Read more
