I have been disappointed by this location?s ability to have Rapid Pick-Up orders prepared and ready in a timely manner. On one... occasion it was a 15 minute delay, today it was closer 30 minutes late (and I ordered 1-hour in advance)! This I use thisfeature to maximize my limited lunch HOUR. I will likely discontinue patronizing this Panera location due to this issue. Read more
Been here a few times and had an okay experience. Not today, some of staff were obnoxious after requesting a different hot... chocolate for our daughter . Color was strange on the frist one and water down. The second drink had whip cream on itsomething the frist was missing. Wanted to ask what the problem was when asking for something you pay for, but after sittingthere listening to them. It was best just leaving. Read more
would rate this negative stars if i could. placed an order to go and then sat 45+ minutes with other people who placed orders... waiting. staff didn?t do anything, and when people started getting frustrated the staff THEN started saying the wait was 30+minutes to new customers. this place is considered fast food, i could?ve gotten food at a sit down restaurant faster than this?my order also wasn?t correct, and i noticed that almost every other persons order had something wrong with it. so much for fastfood, won?t be coming back. ever. It was a great visit if you like burnt bagels and a bread bowl with barely any bread cut out. The small amount of the mac and... cheese that I did get was good. I have been to many other panera locations that have great food, service, and portions. Thislocations food and portion sizes are seriously lacking. Read more
Ordered a simple half grilled cheese and small mac and cheese for dinner. Waited over 40 minutes past my pick-up time for... curbside. After the 15 minute drive home I opened it up to find a soggy grilled cheese. After taking a bite and opening it upI realized they turned the cheese into charcoal. Apparently all my life I have been making grilled cheese incorrectly, thePanera way is to grill the cheese and not the bread. Tried calling multiple times but it either rings and rings until it stopsor they pick up and hang up on me. I'm guessing they are understaffed, but if that is the case, close it down if you are unableto provide anything the resembles acceptable customer service. This place is run like Covid just begun and is easily the worstfood experience I've had since the lockdowns well over a year ago. What a joke. But they have my money so I guess the joke ison me.
