I had a coupon I wanted to use, but when I got there they said they don't take online or paper coupons. What's up with that????

Everyone complaining about not being able to use coupons--- clearly you dont think about the wellbeing of others. The pandemic... made it so difficult for most businesses to stay open, and they are trying to get back on their feet. Spend 7 dollars on a suband relax. The people here are very friendly and just trying g to do their job. Read more

This is a great Subway. The subs are the great Subway standard and the staff and owner are really friendly neighborhood people.... Never had a bad experience there and I get a sub there at least twice a month, maybe more. Over the years, that's over 100subs and they have all been great! Read more

Since the management has changed, this location has distanced itself from much of the other franchises in the Milwaukee area.... The Subway app is useless here. They do not honor any online promotions nor does Scan And Pay work. The customer service is lessthan desirable and they have gotten my order wrong 2 out of the last two attempts. Will not be returning any time soon! Read more

Subway has slowed down over the years. Often one person making sandwiches during busy hours, at least during my visits, so minus... 1 star. Overall, it is a good place to eat and grab a sandwich, but it isn't Jimmy John?s speed so it'll take much longer...Food is usually good and I have not yet had a bad experience at this location so we will continue to come here for a bite.Lastly, a young Asian gentleman who works here was very good. Hard-working and always encouraging to see young people workinghard in the restaurant setting. Becoming rarer and rarer these days...especially in food chain places. Read more

As a business owner, I support and enjoy shopping local. I consider our family and friends conscious of any promotions that... businesses use to drive traffic in, and tend to gravitate that way. When picking up an order recently, I was told by a femalemanager that any future orders utilizing advertised promotions will be cancelled. Apparently picking up orders on behalf ofothers is a red flag for Subway. This location will not be obtaining anymore business from my family, or at our company events. Read more
