Went there last night 11-10-22. I ordered online 4 monster tacos that comes out to $6 plus a lot more food, but they were out of... monster tacos. They replaced with 4 regular size tacos for $6? That?s just crazy price two times the price they really cost. Ihad to go in and the people working there are rude. I never got the issue resolved either after waiting so long. I want my moneyback for everything I bought. All the food was nasty cold egg rolls burnt. Very disappointing. No lettuce either in tacos. Alsothey are not clean do not wash hands or wear gloves. I have always liked Jack in the Box growing up but the truth is their Jumbo Jacks are not like they used to be. That goes for... all restaurants though. They all become synthetic like. Waited atleast 3 minutes for them to take my order. There was no one in line. No one even acknowledged I was there. Called my... number. My coffee was not made. Waited another 5 mins because she said she had to do drive thru first. Smh. To top it off myfood was cold! Smh horrible service. Read more
Drive-thru order incorrect. So, went in to correct and they were slow to attend to me. Windows are absolutely filthy. Made me... concerned about the hygiene and cleanliness of what is unseen. Don't plan on returning. I believe there is another JITB intown. Read more
I ordered food after an extremely long day, I got my chicken sandwich that comes with only Jalapeños, nacho cheese, and onion... rings on it, wrapped in an old paper with old mustard stuck to it, and soaked into the top of the bread. I am so grossed out.The mustard had clearly been sitting there because it?s half way dried up on the paper and it stuck to the bread and ripped.Well, that?s one way to never want fast food again. UPDATE SAME VISIT : ordered medium burger and oreo shake. When i get to the window they say that the milkshake machine was down... (what is this mcd's) and then my fries...well...check photo ????xtra small. 1 star UPDATE: drive through at 2am was ridiculous.Took 15 mins to order & only 2 cars ahead of me. By the time i ordered another 5 cars were behind me. They constantly forgetthings i ordered. I usually dont say anything but its like 1 out of 3 they eff up. I had a drive through order, they forgot both of my curly fries in the combo meals. When i called, the worker was so rude.
