Not there fault it was extremely busy. They were out of original so I got extra crispy. Not good at all. No flavor. Prices have... gone up way too high for what you get. But everywhere you go now prices are up just not KFC. The person at the window was new.Very nice gal. Very helpful and friendly. Read more
The food is good. Service is something to be worked on. Went through the drive-through and had a 75. order. Really hoped that... everything ordered was provided. Unfortunately, our order was missing a few items. Fortunately, we checked the bags before weleft the parking lot. Went in to get the rest of the order and took a good 15 minutes to get the attention of some service andthe rest of the order. It's not the first or second time. I understand that it gets busy, and mistakes are made. However, if anorder is uncompleted, it should be a priority before any other. Read more
If i can rate 0 stars i would. I ordered a 9 pc bucket meal half crispy half origional. When i got home there was only 5 pieces... of old chicken in the bucket. They clearly dont care about the quality of service all the employes were non stop chatteringreally unprofessional and will be contacting corporate. Read more

I don?t know what?s going on at this kfc but the food is seriously bad. It wasn?t always this way. It used to be on par w all... the rest but this past 2 years something has changed. I know resources for supplies have been unsettled since covid but this istotally ridiculous and should be concerning to the corporation. It began the October before covid. This food doesn?t even tastelike kfc. I picked up a 6-pc box of biscuits which are usually perfect after being re-warmed for 10 seconds in my microwave.It?s been this way for 35 years. Before I even warmed them they were like rocks. I noticed as soon as I held one. Afterre-heating 10 seconds, they broke into tiny hard pebbles after I broke one apart w my fingers. My dad whom usually asks me toget him a few extra for the morning didn?t touch them. They ended up being tossed w the rest of the food except the corn. My3-pc meal?wow. Horrible! The chicken was tiny. I know wings are usually small so I let that one go even though it was smallerthan usual. But look at the pic?I?ve never such a minuscule thigh from anywhere let alone kfc. YES! THIS IS AN ACTUAL PC OFCHICKEN PURCHASED FROM KFC!! Barely 3 inches including the fried skin making up a good portion of the last inch on the right!The drumstick wasn?t much better though it was slightly longer but didn?t have much meat. Neither did, and what there was wasdry. The distinct flavor & texture of extra crispiness was missing, and it was more like shake n bake chicken skin which is noteven chicken skin. What a rip off. There?s no way the kfc corporation would allow this chicken to be sold as ?theirs?. It?satrocious. Is the owner getting their chicken from some cheap, back alley distributor?? It's fast food! People, please be realistic when you go to fast food, for what we paid for these lil box lunches it was fine.... The place was clean, the people were nice. Our only issue was that the place seemed understaffed which meant that a dirty tablewas not cleaned for a bit of time. So we cleaned our own table and when the staff came to clean it she seemed annoyed that wehad done so ourselved. Other than that everyone was really nice and the kids did not overeat and we did not overspend. ???? Itwas fine for crying out loud - it's a fast food chicken place!
