The restaurant workers struggle to keep the place clean. Orders are constantly getting buried and forgotten or made incorrectly.... I want to specify that I don't blame the workers themselves; they aren't given enough help and corporate doesn't seem to careabout keeping their machines up and running. Read more
I?m going to start out with the positives. The manager truly cared about the employees, reminding them to wear a safety vest... when running food outside. The manager was on it, and kept the flow going for the orders. However, You can?t really expect toomuch from McDonald?s. The customer service is definitely lacking. The kiosk to order, and one of the drink machines were downand not able to be used. When attempting to ask for assistance (because the drink you want is on the out of order machine), youare ignored. They?re too busy to acknowledge anybody?. Like ants going about their business. There was a liquid spill to whichthey covered with a wet floor sign, but failed to mop up anything the whole hour I was there. Also, if you place an order usingthe kiosk, don?t expect them to bring your order. They?ll just yell from the counter and you have to get it yourself. I did givea 3 star because I do understand being busy - however, your customers drive your business. If you?re not concerned about yourcustomers, don?t expect them to care about your business. If McDonald?s doesn?t want to offer table service, then they simplyneed to remove the option so the expectation isn?t there. Read more
Drive through services could use a bit more help, it seems like no matter how little we order or how much we always get parked... off to the side to wait. But can?t beat the prices and taste. Read more
