As a Doordasher, this is the worst McDonald's in town. They lack friendliness and have no communication skills behind the... counter. This starts with management. What can I say I love their app I use it every morning for my iced coffee. At the same time I'm accumulating points that I can... use later to redeem for purchase of food or a drink. All the other fast food restaurants need to wake up and get on the app tosomething similar and who knows they might just get my business too. I understand that all the employees are young but seriously you're a major chain have some standards and a tiny bit of... respect...I hope they realize that the customers pay their checks and make sure they have a job. The pure disrespect when I goto any mcdonalds in this town is unheard of. I want my iced tea to have lemon...go cut the lemon and don't make me get out ofthe drive thru. This place is super bad maybe because it's in a bad neighborhood but the parking lot is full of homeless tents and abandoned... cars I went through the drive thru of course but one of my kids had to use the restroom we had to ask for the code to get in thebathroom the restroom was so dirty and the lobby was disgusting it looked like to me nobody has even wiped the door down at allafter I seen the inside I didn't want to eat my meal so I gave my sandwich to a person that was asking for money he was happy...I just can't afford to get sick from uncleanliness I have a weak immune system...
