Garlic bread didn't have any garlic on it at all. It was just cheese bread. The crust was good, the toppings were decent. The... cheese was decent. But the sauce? Some kind of fermented pizza sauce that definitely was not to my liking. I need to go back andtry the white sauce. Will update the review at that time. Read more

Better off buying a frozen pizza at Rancho for 4.99. Maybe its just merced branch? Never thought I'd find a worse pizza than... little Ceasars. Anyone writing a positive review on the flavor of there product needs to try something else. Read more

Me-N-Ed's Merced was good, in the past. We really liked the hot Italian sandwich, which was the closest thing to the good old... days of the Grinder from Lenny's Italian Restaurant. But, this past year, each time we've ordered anything from Me-N-Ed's it'sgotten progressively worse. We've received the following excuses during our order: "We're out of salami", or "We're out offocaccia", or "We're out of Ciabatta". When we do receive our order, it's been cold (we had to grill our sandwich ourselves), orthe chips are missing, or it looks more like a vegetarian sandwich (as is what happened with our last order). We understand thatsometimes people are having bad days, but poor quality is becoming the norm rather than the exception with this restaurant. Wealways order for delivery, we don't live far from their shop, and we're very generous tippers. It's too bad because, on thosehectic days, it's really convenient to have a nice Italian sandwich delivered for dinner.
