I'm sorry to have to give a star. I am clearly disabled and I have been since I was 10. I have a well trained, well behaved,... well groomed service dog. I have had her since she was 8 weeks old and she has saved my life my times then I can count. She goeseverywhere, and I mean everywhere with me, court, hospital, etc. I go into this restaurant and the cashier tells me I can'thave my dog in there. I answered, "Yes, I can, she is my service animal." My husband goes in there and orders $40. In food andshe says to my husband, " Are you with her?" In a really disrespectful way. He tells her he is and she tells him we need tosit by the door. I ordered a salad, so I want to sit by the salad bar, away from the others eating in there, also. So, anotherlady comes out and tells me I can't have my dog in there. I tell her she is my service animal, she even has her tag on. So, shetells me we need to sit by the front door, where most of the other people are sitting, and I would have to walk by other gueststo get my salad. I told her that sounds like discrimination to me. We got a refund and left. They were totally rude, the gripof them and it really embarrassed me. Like, I walked out crying, because they didn't even take me to the side to talk quietly tome, she chose to blast it, instead, in front of the other customers, Hella loud. They will hear from my lawyer. Can I Ask aboutthe Service Dog When a service animal comes into your establishment, it?s acceptable to inquire whether the animal is indeed anecessary service animal if it is not plainly marked and what the specific function the service animal performs. That?sit. Your staff cannot judge whether or not the animal is necessary, nor can they ask the customer to furnish documentation,perform the task or inquire about the customer?s disability. Their pizza is good for a chain restaurant but the buffett is practically a scam. My family was there for nearly two hours and... they barely brought out 3 tiny pizzas. Save your money and just order the whole pizzas. Read more

I ordered from your company tonight and when my order arrived I was missing hot wings for my son. I called the store to let the... management know that I did not receive an item and he was very rude to me, telling me that I did have the chicken it was sentwith my order. I then told him that I would go and look again and call back, so I did just that and he went on to tell me thathis driving would not eat the chicken. Which I never said that! the man was so very rude to me rushing me off the phone. then heasked me to hold and called the driver which the driver who was very polite told him that he had them but they slip out of thebag. I have never been so humiliated over food that I purchased, he should never speak to a customer in that manner as if I didsomething wrong or I was lying about food. We had our Christmas party there tonight and had a great time. There were about 35 people that came. They all ordered their... own pizza either before or after they got there. They pizza was great and all the help was wonderful and helpful for our group. They even offered to take a group picture for us that turned out great. Everyone had a good time.
