Loved everything! The food is amazing! Prices are very reasonable given the inflation on food prices. The food is very... delicious. I highly recommend this place for family and friends. Read more

The large pho here is awesome, and I always go here with my Dad when he visits Merced. $10 for a huge bowl of pho with brisket... and rare beef, $11 if you get the special (dac biet) with everything including the tripe and beef ball. The shaking beef here isalso delicious, albeit a bit more average-size portioned. Read more

The pho was perfect. The egg noodles were tasty and there were little leftovers to take home.

Love this place. Never crowded, good food and service, nice atmosphere. The addition of ramen to the menu is a game changer.... Spicy miso ramen with pork belly is delicious, Read more

I give three star because I did not actually eat here. My girlfriend sent me here for some broth. I got both types of broth... chicken and beef. Couldn't really tell the difference in taste. They were more sweet. But it looks like a nice place. I took afew pictures and I will try and eat there when my girlfriend gets better. The location was easy to miss as I was looking for iton the street. Not a great location. That must be why the place was empty. Not because it's a bad place, but because nobodyknows it's there. I'll give a new rating after I eat there. Nice people and nice customer service. Read more

I go here often with my friend and one of the owners is a nice man, sociable, not rude and the Male waiter is a cutie. I forgot... the young man's name. The food is always good too. Read more

I don't know what is happening here at Noah's. Currently dine in is not available because of covid-19 and recommendations of the... CDC. We ordered in person and were told it would be a 25 minute wait. It's a bit much to wait but I thought I was gettingquality shrimp Pho like other times. The 25 minutes turned to 30 then 35 and finally 40 minutes later we had our food. Once homeI got all fixings ready to put into the Pho. Before I added the chili paste I decided to try the nice hot broth. Man was Idisappointed. It lacked the delicious flavor that I have come to expect. The only positive thing about the Pho was that it hadplenty of shrimp. Read more

Noah's is the best, I eat there at least two times a week on my way to Fresno from where I live. Service is very good, I never... wait more than 10 minutes for my food from the time I order unless it's really busy. Me my girl and my daughter love it. Noah's has a variety of great Vietnamese food but our favorite is, of course the Pho, but before that...appetizers with springrolls fasho. BAF (bomb as f#*!) Read more
