"Hot pizza is on the way" that's what the app said. It took more than a half hour after receiving a text saying it was on the... way. So I called the store only to find out that pizza was being delivered with two other orders. The communication is horrible to say it lightly. I called in an order and what I picked up was simply not what I ordered and... when asked I got a $3 refund for the toppings missing. Ordered the big pizza box online with 2 pizzas, pasta and breadsticks with sauce. Paid for the order to be delivered. We... received our order without the dipping sauce for the bread. I called the restaurant and asked if it was supposed to beincluded, which they said it was. I asked if it could be sent out to us since it was their mistake. I was placed on hold for along period of time (about 7 minutes according to my phone call time). They finally came back on the lone and said it would bedelivered shortly.
