While i love their drinks and food, every time i call no one answers, when they do (hardly ever) they say they are busy and... that?s why they don?t answer but many times i instead go inside and the isn?t a line or anything and workers on their cellphone. I tried to order ahead via phone once and they said i couldn?t i had to order online. I have them know now twice theirfull menu isn?t online and i can?t order what i am trying to order but they still declined to let me order ahead of time. I've only been here a handful of times and this was my kids 1st experience with these drinks! I got a Large Taro with Boba and... my kids All got a regular strawberry frost with fruit Boba. My kids loved it! Taro is my favorite and I loved it!!! They have acute little stamp cards to earn a free drink. They have plenty of seating. They also have food there, mozzarella sticks, orange chicken, rice.. lots more. They're drinks are addictive! The people were so friendly and helpful in helping me choosewhat to get for my kids that are lactose intolerant. I didn't see a restroom available. Everything was clean in such a smallspace, looked like the straws, napkins and utensils was filled. Although it was busy at 4:30 my drinks all 5 were prepared "Quickly" ( pun intended )! I order a slushie and popcorn chicken and takoyaki. I receive my slushie. But I had to wait more than an hour for my food... because they forgot my food. Highly disappointed. Employees was talking in the back, the store was not busy. We were therebefore all these other ppl arrived and these ppl receive their food and drinks before us. The store was busy but my order was mixed up and had to go back to the store and while on the way my daughter sent me a picture... of raw popcorn chicken, she had ordered chicken nuggets and was given popcorn chicken which obviously requires a longer cooktime. I was given a refund on the chicken after showing the manager a picture, Came home and found out my young son has eaten apiece before it was discovered. I'm obviously upset and saving the chicken incase he becomes sick. I would recommend stickingwith drinks from this place as the young staff needs some Servsafe training and oversight with raw food. Awesome customer service! I had a little issue with my card during my transaction and the cashier and worker prepping the drinks... were AMAZINGLY patient, helpful and accommodating! Food is always amazing here and drinks are exceptionally delicious! Quicklyis the perfect name for them! My 11 year old love this place and so do I! Love their taro milk tea. Menu has such a large selection of drinks and food items and sizes varying from regular to super.... Drinks were made extremely quick. I didn?t even get a chance to sit down after ordering! Friendly staff and good prices. Read more
